I decided to make a boy card as I just love this Edwin(coloured with SU and marvy markers and aquabrush) I also used kraft cs, a bo bunny stamp to stamp the background, scraps of basic grey pp, and bazzil run through the cuttlebug, BG elements, bling and magnolia bench seat.

Just got some new kaiser stamps what better way to play with them, but make the one off Atc swap we have on at Uproar.... this is August one and Shazza gets it.

I just love colouring in magnolia stamps I got a few new SU markers and had to test them out... also added a bit of texture with papier it's a bit like kindyglitz not the glittery one but the 3D stuff .

New stamps came yesterday I won on ebay very cheap, darkroom dooor little dreams.... so I had a play last night with them.

I used kraft cs, and script stamp, bazzil, lace, ribbon and chipboard buckle inked with copper stamp pad.
the second card I ruined by colouring in her hat with distress inks I did colour the wings but didn't like it and restamped another set but it will have to stay like it now...

Christmas in July challenge... had great fun doing this card I used imaginisce pp, spellbinder sleigh, kaiser stamp (tree), lots of kindy glitz, Tilda on swing stamp, gel pen, half a flower and sticker....

distressed card

Here is the card I mentioned on my other blog using the scraps from the layout using kaiser duchess pp. I wanted to colour in Tilda only using the distress inks I own, except her skin that was using a marker, I have also distressed and inked most the paper on the card and the background card which is covered has distress ink and stamping on it.....

Uproar swap for July was to do "me" ones with all details on the back, like most I hate my photo taken but like a teen had to do some self shots.... a while ago so used one of them pics than have created my own background with distress inks and stamps, stamped and DM frame with lace and little flowers I crocheted (still doing for the other 8 cards).

MDUC #17

This weeks challenge at MDUC was to use this sketch.... I have used the magnolia butterfly background and sitting Tilda for this one

coloured the images in on watercolour paper using inks and rain daubers, the pp used was basic grey, with buttons and ribbon.

Using the sketch on Marcia's blog for the DT call I have made 2 cards one using a Sarah Kay stamp which I've watercoloured in and used distress inks.... The second one is a whiff of joy stamp with cosmo pp scraps from last LO and lace and ribbon, flowers and pearls...

challenge cards and OTP

Uproar had a cybercrop on the weekend and chris's challenge was to decorate a box and use lace, ribbon and flowers with something metal....... DH emptied a cotton bud box and thought I could make that a pretty box ..... so here it is. I used bg pp from cupcake range, flowers, buttons, lace real and paper,ribbon and builders mesh, which I rubbed on the fab foil so has a glimmer, then traced a chipboard bird and stamped and inked it...... This was sarah's challenge we had to make a card using the colours of a favourite ice cream so guess what my yummy flavour was.......... choc mint, I used to love the choc mint paddlepop but they must of stop making it as I haven't seen them in shops for a while.......

for this card I used coredinations cs and run it through the bug and sanded back to bring out the green but also inked as well as it wasn't a bright green like I wanted.... builders mesh, sizzlet alpha and grass and magnolia stamps, the little pup is a penny black stamp..
